Problem(s): HACCP violations, 11/2024 Foreign inspection was conducted of this seafood manufacturing facility and found serious deviations of the seafood HACCP regulations (21 CFR Part 123). Based on FDA’s inspectional findings, we have determined the listed seafood products processed in the facility are adulterated within the meaning of section 402(a)(4) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act), in that they were prepared, packed or held under insanitary conditions whereby they may have been contaminated with filth or whereby they may have been rendered injurious to health.
