What the source says
Serve a Notice of Right to Lien on the owner and the prime contractor within 31 days of first delivery of labor or materials. The 31 days is a look-back, not a cutoff. The notice may be served at any time, and a late one still preserves lien rights for the 31 days before it is served plus everything furnished after. NRS §108.245(1), (6).
