The South Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Board shall recognize, on a temporary basis, the certification or license of an appraiser in another state if the appraiser’s business is of a temporary nature. Temporary nature is defined as a single appraisal assignment for the time necessary to perform that assignment. Submit the following with your application to the above address: Check or money order in the amount of $120 made payable to LLR-SC Real Estate Appraisers Board.
