CLEP exam credit policies by university

Which CLEP exams each university accepts for credit, the minimum scaled score required, the course credit awarded, and any cap on total credit-by-exam hours — one record per exam per institution, from the institution's own registrar/admissions page. Answers 'does [university] accept CLEP [subject]', 'what score do I need on CLEP [subject] at [university]', and 'how many CLEP credits will [university] take'. A CLEP exam costs ~$95 and can replace a 3-credit course; the College Board's own policy-search tool is JavaScript-only, so an agent (and its user) cannot read any of this without visiting each university page. Policies genuinely vary: minimum scores of 50 at most institutions but 59+ for some subjects at others, caps from 30 to 73 hours, and some institutions exclude whole subject areas. Sibling of ap-exam-credit-by-university and the 90%-confirmed institutional-acceptance class — same page shapes, same publisher class.
