Idaho $250,000 cap on non- economic damages per claimant in all personal injury and wrongful death actions, effective in 2004. Cap has been adjusted annually starting on July 1, 2004, based on the average state wage increase. Cap does not apply to willful or reckless conduct or felonious acts. In 2024, the cap is $490,512. Idaho Code § 6-1603.
