Validity requirements for the rabies antibody titration test 1. | The collection of the sample of blood necessary to carry out the rabies antibody titration test must be carried out and documented by an authorised veterinarian in the appropriate section of the identification document; | 2. | The rabies antibody titration test: (a) | must be carried out on a sample collected at least 30 days after the date of vaccination and: (i) | not less than three months before the date of: — | the non-commercial movement from a territory or a third country other than those listed in the implementing acts adopted pursuant to Article 13(1) or (2), or | — | the transit through such a territory or third country, where the conditions laid down in point (c) of Article 12 are not fulfilled
