Each owner of a DOT-8 series cylinder used to transport acetylene must have the cylinder shell and the porous filler requalified in accordance with CGA Pamphlet C-13 (IBR, see <https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/49/171.7> § 171.7 of this subchapter).
