ASTM withdrawn standards — replacement / redesignation crosswalk
When an ASTM standard is withdrawn, the technical committee that owned it records what, if anything, replaced it -- but that record lives only in each committee's own withdrawn-standards list (a per-committee PDF or a paywalled store item), never in one cross-committee table. Each record is one withdrawn designation, carrying the years it was issued and withdrawn and the disposition exactly as the committee states it. Answers 'is ASTM A259 still current', 'what replaced a withdrawn ASTM standard I'm designing to', 'was this designation withdrawn with or without a successor'.

LicenceASTM committee withdrawn-standards lists -- facts not copyrightable (Feist, 1991); only the committee's own disposition note is quoted, not the withdrawn standard's text itself. Only committee lists confirmed free-to-fetch are used; committees whose list is a paywalled store item (e.g. D19's R0023) are excluded, not scraped around.
